  • Standard Shipping: €8.99

  • Delivery time: 5 to 15 days (excluding weekends) (excluding pre-orders, see T&Cs)
  • When multiple orders are placed separately and then grouped into a single parcel, the shipping costs paid for each order remain due and are not refunded

🇪🇺 European Union (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, etc.)

  • Standard international shipping: €15.99
  • Delivery time: 15 to 25 days

  • Verification of shipping address
    The customer must verify the accuracy and completeness of their address before confirming their order.

    For deliveries to Germany, parcels are shipped from France via Chronopost, then handled by DPD upon their arrival in Germany.

    In the event of an incorrect or unfindable address, and depending on the size of the parcel, the carrier may drop it off at a pick-up point. Once the parcel is in their care, the final delivery and routing procedures are determined by the carrier. We cannot guarantee that a parcel can be redirected.

    If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

RETURNS

Returns accepted within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before making any return to obtain the shipping address.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

"In the event of cancellation, the refund is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Only costs that may legally be charged to the customer will be withheld.
