Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled at the customer's request once confirmed.

  • If multiple products from different collections are ordered, the items will be shipped together once all products are available. Shipping may therefore occur on the availability date of the last item.
  • In the event that multiple separately placed orders are combined, the shipping fees for each order remain due and are not refunded.
  • Lead times may vary depending on production and the receipt of products from our supplier.
